29. John⁵ Coombes (John⁴, William³ Coombe(s), John², William¹) was born Farnborough, Hampshire September 1893. John died 1966 at 72 years of age.

He married Dorothy Jean Adelaide Davis. Dorothy was born Hammersmith 17th July 1900. Dorothy was the daughter of Thomas Davis and Louisa Caroline Townsend. Dorothy died October 1989 S Oxhey, Herts, at 89 years of age.

John Coombes and Dorothy Jean Adelaide Davis had the following children:

39 i. Patricia Honor⁶ Coombes (still alive).

40 ii. Dorothy Elizabeth Coombes (still alive).

41 iii. Marjorie Louise (Lindy) Coombes was born 1932. Marjorie died 28th June 2017 Peace Hospice, Watford, at 84 years of age.
