3. John² Skinner (Thomas¹) was born Wakerley 1719.

He married Mary Crook. Mary was born 7th March 1724.

John Skinner and Mary Crook had the following children:

8 i. John³ Skinner was born Wakerley, Northants c1745.

9 ii. Elizabeth Skinner was born c1751. She married Samuel Ireson Wakerley, Northants, 15th October 1771.

10 iii. Mary Skinner was born c1755. She married John Barrett Wakerley, Northants, 18th October 1774.

11 iv. Thomas Skinner was born c1757.

12 v. Richard Skinner was born c1760.

13 vi. Sarah Skinner was born 1763. She married George Stapleton Wakerley, Northants, 7th January 1783. George was born 1758. George was the son of Robert Stapleton and Sarah Gamble. His body was interred 29th July 1829 Wakerley, Northants. (See George Stapleton for the continuation of this line.)

14 vii. Ambrose Skinner was born c1765. Ambrose died 6th May 1777 at 11 years of age.
